Description

LalBrew NovaLager™ is a true bottom-fermenting Saccharomyces pastorianus hybrid (non-GMO), selected to produce clean lager-style beers with the optimal fermentation performance of ale yeast.

LalBrew NovaLager™:

• Produces lager styles at higher fermentation temperatures, lower pitch rates, and faster fermentation times than traditional lagers,
• Produces a clean, unique lager profile with high attenuation and medium flocculation.
• Is low VDK/diacetyl and will not produce hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), leading to reduced maturation times associated with Lager beer production.
